Amazon's World-Wide Fulfillment By Amazon (WW FBA) organization is looking for an innovative, results-oriented, and strategic Senior Finance Manager to serve as the finance leader for the Amazon Warehousing Basic qualifications: - 12+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience - 3+ years of performing financial and ad hoc analysis using data reporting tools experience - 8+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience - 8+ years of building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making experience - Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field - 7+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy experience - 7+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy experience - 5+ years of direct management experience Preferred: - 5+ years of hiring, leading and developing teams experience - 8+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience - 8+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience - 5+ years of working with senior staff (e.g. c-suite) experience - MBA, or CPA Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
