The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Engagement Manager (EM) to join our team and lead the delivery of complex cloud solution projects. Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in STEM field - active project management certification (e.g., APM, CSM, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2) - Experience in leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements - Experience in leading multiple Agile teams (like Scrum Masters, Product Owners) concurrently or at scale - Knowledge of the value proposition of the public cloud and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) Preferred: - AWS certification - Experience in delivering customer engagements in a professional services role - Experience with Agile and project management toolsets like Jira, Rally, VersionOne or Taiga - Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent - Experience managing technical projects consisting of 8 or more people totaling over a $1,000,000 budget Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
