Senior Engagement Manager, Professional Services

The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) team is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Engagement Manager (EM) to join our team and lead the delivery of complex cloud solution projects. Basic qualifications: - Experience in cloud computing - Experience in project management of technical programs - Proven ability to harmonize conflicting stakeholder views and build consensus on a way forward across technical and business audiences - Strong facilitation skills: lead workshops, discovery sessions, and release planning with mixed customer, AWS, and partner groups - Fluent in German and English Preferred: - Experience managing fixed-price, milestone-based migration programmes against defined acceptance criteria - AWS experience preferred - Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate - Strong understanding of AWS services, architectures, and best practices - Experience applying AWS frameworks like Well-Architected and Cloud Adoption Framework - Proven ability to establish technical credibility with engineering teams and senior technical decision-makers Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
