As a Senior Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree - Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent - Experience working with and managing third party vendors - Experience managing contingent workforce in a business with peak season - Experience in data analysis, with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data to inform decision-making processes - Speak, write, and read fluently in German - Speak, write, and read fluently in English Preferred: - Experience with process improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma - Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
