We are seeking a Senior Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) to join our global Automotive & Manufacturing Industries team. In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for helping guide AWS customers Basic qualifications: - 7+ years of work in enterprise IT, either as a vendor, consultant or have prior experience working with or managing technical programs experience - 2+ years of customer-facing work, engaging with customer executives, technologists or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies experience - 5+ years of leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion experience - Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business or equivalent - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1+) - Knowledge of software development lifecycle, including design, development, test, build, deployment processes and timelines - Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal Preferred: - PMP certification, or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification - Experience implementing cloud services including migrations and modernization projects or similar - Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams with a proven ability to work across broad functional teams - AWS or other cloud certification - 3+ years of solving problems with technology in the Automotive & Manufacturing industries experience Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
