Senior Business Partner — Operations Central Functions , Employee Experience & Relations

This role can be performed from the following countries: Luxembourg, UK/IE, France, Germany, Italy, Spain. There will be travel required up to 30% of the time, mostly within the EU.About the RoleJoin Amazon's Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - Experience in Employee Experience / Labor Relations roles, with demonstrated multi-country EU exposure - Fluency in written and spoken English (Common European Framework of Reference C2) - Proven track record of building trusted advisory relationships with executive stakeholders (Director level and above) - Experience leading organizational change initiatives across multiple countries in a complex, matrixed organization - Demonstrated ability to use data and business metrics to inform EXR strategy and recommendations Preferred: - Relevant postgraduate education in human resources or employee/labor relations - Fluency in an additional European language (Common European Framework of Reference C2) - Experience supporting corporate/central functions or specialized technical populations (as distinct from high-volume frontline operations) - Proven ability to design, pilot, and scale employee experience programs from concept to measurable impact - Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple business lines simultaneously - Demonstrated ability to influence without authority across senior, cross-functional leaders - High judgment and fast comprehension in complex, ambiguous environments Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
