We're looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer to own analytics across EU Customer Experience programmes Basic qualifications: - Experience programming to extract, transform and clean large (multi-TB) data sets - Experience with theory and practice of design of experiments and statistical analysis of results - Experience with AWS technologies - Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and advanced SQL skills. - Experience working directly with business stakeholders to translate between data and business needs - Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools Preferred: - Familiarity with AI/LLM-powered analytics tooling (text-to-SQL, automated insight generation) - Experience building Python automation and BI solutions deployed to AWS Lambda (Automations, APIs etc) Amazon est un employeur engagé pour l'égalité des chances.
