The Strategic Vendor Acceleration (SVA) team Basic qualifications: - 6+ years of professional or military experience - Bachelor's degree in engineering, management, or technology, or Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field - Experience owning program strategy, managing end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements Preferred: - Master's degree or above in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Administration, or Master's degree or above in engineering, statistics, computer science, operations research, business analytics, information systems or equivalent - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience - Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent - Experience understanding product and technical requirements and interfacing with Product/Technology teams - Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
