Senior Building Management System Specialist, Amazon Maintenance Operation Centre

We look after everything from the moment a customer clicks buy, to the moment their item is delivered – from desktop to doorstep.Across Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, engineering technology or equivalent, or 5+ years of professional or military experience - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - Ability to remotely troubleshoot BMS devices and communication issues, including fieldbus (BACnet, LON, Modbus via RS485), Network Gateways and IP-based protocols (Niagara Fox, MQTT, BACnet/IP, SNMP). - Ability to integrate multiple communications protocols such as BACnet, LON, Modbus, SNMP to a single platform with normalized data for standard visualization. - Experience in BMS programming and commissioning, with a minimum of 3 years in building controls and HVAC or related field.
