As Senior Analyst - Network Strategy and Performance, you will own end-to-end network planning for Amazon's Customer Service network, including outsourced (Global Outsourcing) sites. You will work at the Basic qualifications: - 6+ years of supply chain, forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement, or vendor management experience - Bachelor's degree - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc. - Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams Preferred: - Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field - Knowledge of general AI tools Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
