Security Specialist, Region Services

You've found an opportunity that could define your next chapter.Applicants must be Australian citizens and hold or be eligible to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance with the ability Basic qualifications: - Five or more years of experience in security assurance roles such as cybersecurity, auditing, security architecture and design, or within public sector agencies involved in cybersecurity. - Proven experience working in large scale governance, audit, risk and compliance programmes. - Experience with cloud native technologies and data transfer/gateway solutions. - Strong written and presentation communication skills. Preferred: - Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Cyber Security, IT Security Management, Security Risk Management or a related field. - Demonstrated ability to influence and lead business partners and support teams. - Credible coordination between technical teams and stakeholders. - AWS certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate and AWS Certified Security – Specialty). - Knowledge of agile development, secure software development life cycle and AWS native services. - Ability to interpret Australian government security frameworks, policies and standards (e.g., PSPF, ISM, DSPF).
