Security and Loss Prevention Specialist, NA, Worldwide Operations Security (WWOS)

Worldwide Operations Security (WWOS) is the global organization that supports field Security and Loss Prevention and is designed to support Amazon’s Worldwide Operations, as well as affiliate and retail Basic qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Experience with MS Office Professional Suite, including Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data - Experience in identifying security issues and risks, and developing mitigation plans - 2+ years of Amazon (Blue Badge/FTE) experience, or 1+ year in security service, loss prevention, asset protection, investigations, law enforcement, or operations, or Loss Prevention Qualified Career Choice Graduate Preferred: - Experience making and influencing risk-guided decisions by leveraging data and metrics - Experience collaborating and influencing multiple teams across multiple organizations - Experience with physical security control and surveillance systems - Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced and multi-tasking environment - 1+ year of leadership or management and/or supply chain experience - Investigative interviewing experience; Wicklander and Zulawski, Loss Prevention Qualified, Certified Protection Professional, Loss Prevention Certified, Certified Forensic Interviewer, Certified Threat Assessment Certification or other relevant certifications Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
