Satellite Test Engineer, Amazon Leo Integrated Vehicle Testing

From individual households to Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering - Experience developing test strategies and plans for complex hardware/software systems or systems of systems - 3+ years of hardware design and validation of components, subsystems and systems experience - Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, computer science or a related field. - 3+ years in a development environment - 3+ years experience developing and executing test plans for complex aerospace, automotive or consumer electronics systems. - 2+ years of scripting or programming experience (Python, MATLAB, C) Preferred: - Experience in development of test plans and protocols related to established Space Hardware test processes (GEVS / SMC-S-016) - 3+ years experience with integration and testing of satellite hardware. - 3+ years experience in a development environment. - 3+ years of scripting or programming experience (Python, MATLAB, C) - Demonstrated ability to plan and execute test campaigns on complex systems. - Experience as a technical lead, leading small groups of engineers through product development or test campaigns. - Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking in complex situations - Excellent problem-solving, root causing and analysis skills - Strong organizational, analytical, and root cause analysis skills Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
