Robotics Deployment Engineer , Robotics Deployment, Packaging & Innovation - First Deployment Execution

Amazon is seeking an experienced business-oriented Robotics Deployment Engineer to deliver large-scale and highly complex logistic process automation and storage initiatives for the continued expansion Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) field - Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal - Experience managing competing priorities across a wide range of stakeholders - Experience in project/program delivery or deployment execution - Knowledge of automation technologies, material handling systems and robotics - Strong problem-solving abilities - Experience authoring technical documentation, particularly detailed and user-focused Work Instructions or standard operating procedures (SOPs) for field execution Preferred: - project management certification such as PMP, Scrum, or other Agile certification - Experience in warehouse operations and logistics or equivalent - Experience with robotic deployments in warehouse or fulfilment environments - Experience working and managing external contractors and vendors - Background in logistics, supply chain or operations - Experience with Amazon Robotics or similar automation platforms - Experience delivering training to contractors or third-party teams on-site, ensuring readiness and adherence to deployment standards (e.g., 3PA training) Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
