Robotics Deployment Engineer , Robotics Deployment Packaging and Innovation - First Deployment Execution

Amazon is seeking an experienced business-oriented Deployment Engineer to support the delivery of large-scale and highly complex logistic process automation and storage initiatives for the continued expansion Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - Experience in planning, scheduling and auditing maintenance activities - Experience working with CMMS software - Experience in project/program delivery or deployment execution - Knowledge of automation technologies, material handling systems and robotics - Strong problem-solving abilities - Experience authoring technical documentation, particularly detailed and user-focused Work Instructions or standard operating procedures (SOPs) for field execution Preferred: - Knowledge of AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL at the intermediate level - Experience working with and managing third party vendors - Experience with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing - Experience with robotic deployments in warehouse or fulfilment environments - Experience working and managing external contractors and vendors - Background in logistics, supply chain or operations - Experience with Amazon Robotics or similar automation platforms - Experience delivering training to contractors or third-party teams on-site, ensuring readiness and adherence to deployment standards (e.g., 3PA training) Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
