Behind that trust is a network of systems, tools, and workflows Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 5+ years of program or project management experience - 2+ years of experience in risk management, trust & safety, fraud prevention, or marketplace integrity domains - Experience driving process automation or process improvement initiatives that delivered measurable operational efficiency gains - Experience managing programs across technical and non-technical teams with competing priorities - Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making - Experience with defect analysis, root cause investigation, and structured problem-solving methodologies - Experience writing program requirements, process documentation, and stakeholder communications - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent programs with interdependencies Preferred: - Experience with process automation tools, workflow orchestration, or RPA (Robotic Process Automation) platforms - Experience defining and tracking program metrics, and driving data-informed prioritization - Experience launching automation solutions that directly reduced operational defect rates or manual investigation workload - Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership - Familiarity with agile development methodologies and sprint-based delivery - Experience with change management and driving adoption of new processes/tools across operations teams Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
