Regional Procurement Manager , Site Procurement Operations

The Regional Procurement Manager (RPM) leads Amazon's site procurement operations (SPO) at a regional level ensuring the continuous supply of essential non-inventory materials and services across the network. Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - Speak, write, and read fluently in German and English at C1 level or above - Experience in procurement, negotiation, sales, consulting, supply chain, product/project management, or marketing - Experience managing procurement teams with direct experience in supplier/supply chain management - Experience in people management - Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing tasks - Experience practicing best-in-class procurement processes (category management, benchmarking, should-cost models, RFX, reverse auction, contracting, or equivalent) - Experience with MS Office Professional Suite and excellent working knowledge of MS Excel - Experience creating reports, interpreting metrics and driving overall insights or analysis Preferred: - Master's degree or above in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing - Supply chain or Procurement certifications - Advanced Analytics skills and experience - Significant previous experience in Procurement/Operations/Supply Chain/Logistics/Ecommerce Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
