Recruiting Coordinator, Amazon University

The Recruiting Coordinator position is a unique role on the Amazon University Talent Acquisition team. This person will manage the entire candidate lifecycle in terms of scheduling, candidate experience, Basic qualifications: - 1+ years of recruiting, coordination, administration, logistics, HR or equivalent experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience with basic web-based tools and products like Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint Preferred: - Degree or diploma in HR or any related field - Experience working in a fast paced, quickly changing or international environment - Experience with technical tracking systems / softwares (like ATS) Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
