Amazon Leo is Amazon’s low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. Its mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet to customers and communities around the world, and we’ve designed the system with the Basic qualifications: - 2+ years of software QA testing work with writing the test plans, use cases, and issue reports experience - 3+ years of consumer electronics lab environments experience - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience - Experience in software QA testing including writing test plans, use cases, and issue reports - Experience in a consumer electronics lab environment - Experience in a Linux or Unix environment - Experience working on a consumer hardware or software product Preferred: - Knowledge of Jenkins build environments - Experience configuring, deploying, and testing software updates, including the ability to identify issues and escalate to development as appropriate - Experience running user trials, beta, field testing or collecting customer feedback - Experience working with hardware and software teams for setting up, testing, and troubleshooting prototype devices Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
