The Last Mile Analytics & Quality Team is seeking a Quality Associate who will serve as the first line of support for address resolution, geocode correction, map edits, driver support, static route management, Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics - Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive) - Speak, write, and read fluently in English, and have the ability to take direction in English Preferred: - Experience with SQL - Experience with Microsoft Excel Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
