Program Manager, WHS Central Programs Team

The Central Programs Team, India (CPT India) team leads cross-functional projects that requires collaboration and partnership with Amazon businesses, geographical units and technical subject matter experts Basic qualifications: - 2+ years of program or project management experience - Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive) - Bachelors degree in Safety, Environment related field or Engineering Preferred: - Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology - Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams - Experience using Excel at an advanced level including practical knowledge of VBA/macros and advanced Excel functions - Experience in stakeholder and communication management - Program/Project Management Certification -Six Sigma Certification - Knowledge of SQL/ Python - Knowledge of visualization tools like QuickSight, Tableau etc. - Knowledge of Large Data analytics / predictive model design is added advantage Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
