Program Manager II, Central Leads Management Team

International Seller Services’ mission is to make Selling Partners Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - 5+ years of program management, project management or product management experience - Experience owning and driving large-scale cross-functional programs - Experience analyzing data to make business decisions - Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc. - Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights - Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, macros, SQL, visualization tools - Tableau, Quicksight, etc. - Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership Preferred: - 5+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience - Experience delivering technology products or services in a high growth environment - 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML (Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning), GenAI (Generative AI), Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience - Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing large, complicated programs - Experience in business analysis and functional roles requiring quantitative, analytical and organizational skills - Experience building scalable programs and repeatable scalable processes, levering various tools and methods to create scale and efficiency - Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
