Amazon JapanのSupply Chain Management (SCM)部門は、AmazonのEnd-to-EndのFulfillment Networkの中核となるFC (Fulfillment Center：倉庫)のNetwork戦略を担当するProgram Managerを募集しています。お客様により早い配送スピードをご提供しつつ、Operation Costの適性化を通じてより幅広い商品Selectionをご提供することが組織のMissionです。そのために、お客様により近い場所に必要な在庫を配置し、流通過程でのTouch Basic qualifications: - 3+ years of program or project management experience - 3+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience - Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements Preferred: - 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience - 3+ years of driving process improvements experience - Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules - Excited about working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture - Business level of Japanese Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
