We have a role you might find interesting.The AWS Early Career Talent (ECT) Program Basic qualifications: - 2+ years of program or project management experience - Experience owning and delivering end-to-end program outcomes across multiple workstreams with competing priorities - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Fluent in both Japanese and English (business level or above; reading, writing, and speaking in both languages) Preferred: - Experience designing or operating early career, graduate, internship, or talent development programs - Familiarity with the AWS or broader cloud/technology ecosystem - Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders (Recruiting, HR, Engineering, Sales) in a matrixed organization - Experience building scalable mechanisms, playbooks, or standard operating procedures that reduce operational toil - Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, JIRA) and collaboration platforms - PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is a plus Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
