We seek diverse perspectives and experiences Basic qualifications: - Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization - Experience defining and executing program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities - Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field Preferred: - Experience with operations/supply chain - Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing efforts, transportation and logistics, or fulfillment and distribution centers - Experience ability to understand and devise new models that work Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
