MGM+ is seeking a Production Operations Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Media Studies, Communications, Film/Television Production, or related field - 1+ years of experience in broadcast operations, digital media operations, or content supply chain management - Experience with database or asset management systems - Knowledge of film and television formats, deliverables, and ordering processes - Knowledge of video file specifications for broadcast and VOD platforms - Experience managing and reporting on large volumes of data with high attention to detail - Proficiency with Mac computers and productivity tools (Airtable, Microsoft Word, Excel, or equivalent) Preferred: - Experience with IBMS, Fabric, or similar media management platforms - Experience with Production Asset Management (PAM) systems such as Iconik - Familiarity with content security protocols and secure media workflows - Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud - Experience working with international teams across multiple time zones - Experience with AI/ML tools or automation initiatives in media workflows - Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and drive operational efficiency Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.
