Product Manager, Amazon Fuse

The Fuse team builds products that connect partner ecosystems to Amazon, creating new entry Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of product management experience - Experience managing technical products or online services - Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services - Experience working independently with minimal supervision, or experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service - Experience using data and metrics to back up assumptions, evaluate outcomes, and make data-driven decisions - Experience leading engineering design projects and interacting with cross-functional teams - • Influence without authority across engineering, design, finance, marketing, BD, legal, and operations - • Champion exceptional customer experiences through design partnerships and direct engagement with your customer segment - • Write effectively: PRFAQs, QBRs, product briefs, business case proposal, and retrospective documents at Amazon bar - • Experience defining product requirements, roadmaps, and success metrics - • Strong analytical skills — comfortable with SQL, data analysis, and A/B testing frameworks Preferred: - Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level - Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization - Experience working with partners through account, product or program management and business development engagements - Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, or experience communicating results to senior leadership - • Familiarity with customer onboarding and lifecycle engagement strategies - • Track record of running experiments and translating results into product decisions - • Experience managing product catalogs or platform portfolio maintenance with engineering partners Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
