Are you a Indirect Procurement superstar looking to make a big impact?As Amazon rapidly becomes the world's largest consumer of corporate services, our Global Corporate Procurement team is seeking a Indirect Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - 3+ years of industry work experience Preferred: - Experience working in a matrixed organization - A) 3+ years of in-depth experience in best-in-class procurement practices (category management, benchmarking, should-cost models, RFX, reverse auction, contracting, etc.). - B) MBA/MS degree. - C) Extremely customer-focused and takes the time to understand the needs of the business. - D) Passionate self-starter with the highest integrity and ethics. - E) Strong negotiator with proven experience in setting negotiation strategies and conducting negotiations. - F) Working knowledge of the basic types of commercial agreement structures and the function and purpose of key legal terms. - G) Ability to assess risk and concisely explain complex issues to principal business owners. - I) Strong analytical skills including the ability to quickly synthesize, distill and draw conclusions on large amounts of disparate data. - J) Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects requiring frequent communication, organization, time management, and problem-solving skills. - K) Excellent written and oral communication skills.
