Processing Lead, Satellite Integration, Leo Payload Processing Facility

Amazon LEO is Amazon’s low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. Its mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet to customers and communities around the world, and we’ve designed the system with the Basic qualifications: - High School diploma or equivalent - 4+ years of experience in mechanical hardware assembly, test, and/or installation - Able to obtain and maintain a US Passport and must meet customs entry requirements to include but not limited to: Yellow Fever vaccine and other immunization requirements as recommended by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention - Able to pass Kennedy Space Center background checks Preferred: - Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment - Experience in the aerospace industry, automotive industry, aviation, military or other high-reliability operating environment - Experience working with Foreign Object Debris (FOD), ESD sensitive hardware, and clean room requirements - Experience with forklifts, cranes, rigging, and heavy equipment (including previous certifications) - A demonstrated ability in reading/understanding technical drawings, work instructions and standard operating procedures - Ability to rapidly change roles/responsibilities while working in a high-paced, challenging work environment Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
