Someone who can manage complexity across multiple concurrent deal cycles Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - 3+ years of experience in contract operations, deal management, program management, or business operations - Experience building or improving operational workflows using automation or AI-assisted tools - Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams with competing priorities - Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred: - Experience with private pricing, enterprise contracting, or cloud/technology sales motions - Experience in stakeholder management across varied organizational levels (technical, business, executive) - Familiarity with CRM systems, contract management platforms, or deal analytics tools Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
