Principal, TIPM, DC Infra Capacity Delivery

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Rhythm of Business Strategic Lead to join the Data Center Communities (DCC) organization. This role is the strategic connective tissue between DCC leadership and Basic qualifications: - Experience delivering against a large organization's long-term strategy and goals - Experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision-making, or experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions - Experience establishing credibility quickly with senior level executives across organizations - - 10+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, program management, or chief of staff roles in a large-scale operations or infrastructure organization Preferred: - Experience in data center engineering or operations, or experience in construction or project management - Experience dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment - Experience producing executive-level written materials and presenting to executive audiences - Experience designing business processes - - Experience with workforce planning, headcount modeling, and productivity analysis - - MBA or equivalent experience in strategic planning Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
