Since Amazon started in 1995, we have significantly expanded our product offerings, international sites, Basic qualifications: - 10+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 10+ years of program or project management experience - 7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience - Bachelor's degree - Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and customer insights to drive decisions.
