This Principal PM-T will own the overall Premium Ads CX strategy for North American Stores, which includes a major ads revenue opportunity, direct experiment ownership, and cross-org (NAS + Ads) scope.In Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience technical product management - Experience communicating clearly and concisely with leadership, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams - Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product Preferred: - Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements - Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement - Experience working effectively with science, data processing, and software engineering teams - Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices. - Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
