Principal PMT, Alexa for Shopping (Rufus) Partner Enablement

We’re hiring a senior product leader to help shape the future of AI-powered shopping at Amazon.Alexa for Shopping is reinventing how hundreds of millions of customers discover products, make decisions, Basic qualifications: - 8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience - 8+ years of working directly within engineering teams experience - Experience leading large projects through the full product development life cycle in a large, cross-functional team - Experience with software development lifecycle, or experience driving collaborative projects from conception to delivery - Experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems, or experience leading and influencing your team or organization - development, or technology experience. - Experience communicating product strategy and influencing decisions with senior leadership through written narratives and executive reviews. Preferred: - Experience leading complex, multi-year initiatives that may be cross-functional and/or span business and technology - Experience developing, deploying and managing AI products at scale - Experience defining and scaling technical platforms or self-service capabilities that enable multiple teams to independently build, launch, and operate customer-facing experiences. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
