The Accounting Technology team (ATEAM) drives process optimization, standardization, and technology adoption across Amazon's global Accounting organization. We are building Accounting Central, an automation Basic qualifications: - 8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience - Bachelor's degree - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with end to end product delivery - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product - Experience technical product management Preferred: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, operations research, business analytics, information systems or equivalent - Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements - Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement - Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday) or development of enterprise Finance & Accounting solutions - 10+ years of technical product management for financial systems or solutions Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
