Own the design and development of engineering solutions forcomplex Basic qualifications: A Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Process Engineering, followed by 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Experience must include: 1) 3 years of experience in high-volume fulfillment processes and operations. 2) 3 years of experience managing and leading a team of engineers 3) 3 years of experience with Lean manufacturing for design 4) 3 years of experience using AutoCAD or related project management software to build concepts for manufacturing processes and related facility concepts (material handling equipment optimization and strategic layout planning). 5) 3 years of experience reporting and presenting engineering analysis and recommendations to senior management on process improvements. The pay range for this position in Seattle, WA is $150483 - $193200 (yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
