Principal HRBP, AWS HR

We are looking for an exceptional Human Resources leader to drive the development and implementation of the HR strategy for a strategic organization working with customers to transform their business through Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience - 10+ years of leadership work as an HR generalist, preferably in a high tech environment experience - Experience in mentoring, leading and coaching - Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis, or experience in solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) Preferred: - Master's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field - Knowledge of compensation/total rewards, talent management, performance management, compliance, and organization design and development - Experience delivering complex, data-driven recommendations to senior leaders - Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure - Experience in an HR generalist, management, or business partner role - Experience working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
