Principal Development Manager, AWS Data Center Supply Solutions

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking an experienced Principal to lead the development management of the most complex colocation and leased data center projects in AWS’s expanding AMER portfolio. This individual Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - Experience directly related to the design or construction of large data center facilities, either colocation or client owned/operated - 15+ years of Real Estate Development, Construction, Engineering, or Data Center Management experience Preferred: - Experience understanding electrical and mechanical systems involved in critical data center operations including systems such as feeders, transformers, generators, switch gear, UPS systems, ATS units, PDU units, chillers, pumps, or air handling units - Experience managing the concurrent delivery of multiple data center projects across diverse markets and regions - Experience codifying best practices into playbooks, SOPs, and standardized delivery frameworks Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
