Amazon's Corporate Strategy Group is seeking a Principal, Corporate Strategist to drive the strategic direction and commercial optimization of the company's most significant partnerships. These strategic Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree - 7+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience - Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level - Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders - Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals Preferred: - MBA, or Master's degree - Experience in investment banking, management consulting, or corporate strategy at a large-scale technology or platform company - Experience as a founder or senior leader with a track record of operating across diverse business functions - End-to-end deal experience, including acquisitions, significant commercial agreements, or licensing/rights transactions - Experience working in matrix, cross-functional team environments - Deep fluency across financial statements Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
