Amazon is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to join our Global Engineering Services & Analytics (GESA) organization on the Power and Hydrogen Solutions team. In this role, you will Basic qualifications: - 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience - Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Power Engineering, or a related field - Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership Preferred: - Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration or a related field - Experience with process improvement, Kaizan, and Six Sigma, or experience in solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) - Experience with hydrogen technologies—fuel cells, hydrogen storage and dispensing infrastructure, power solutions. - Experience managing OEM and contractor relationships, service agreements, and capital planning for infrastructure assets. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
