We believe that by removing and reducing the barriersthat prevent people from taking their medications, we can help customers conveniently get themedications they Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Science, or Doctor of Pharmacy in PharmD, or Doctor of Pharmacy - Can Active and unrestricted Pharmacist License in all states requiring Non-resident PIC - Experience with performance metrics, process improvement and Lean techniques - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - an active and unrestricted Pharmacist License in your domicile state - 1+ years of Staff Pharmacist within Amazon experience - Active and unrestricted Pharmacist License in all states requiring Non-resident PIC license, or willingness to obtain within first 6 months in role. - Extensive knowledge of state and federal laws, rules, and regulations surrounding pharmacy practices and patient safety - Strong in oral and written communication skills with the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, support scope of requirements and prioritize. - Able to manage detail, establish root cause and be able to extract and manipulate data Preferred: - 2+ years direct management experience, including a salaried workforce, in a manufacturing, production or distribution environment - Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situation - Demonstrated ability to successfully develop others into higher levels of leadership in an organization - Entrepreneurial in mind, with the tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in fast-paced environment is crucial - An analytical thinker with project management skills, attention to detail, an ability to influence others, and exceptional organizational skills. - Interest in long-term career development through assignments in multiple FCs across the nation. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
