Certified Pharmacy Technician, Fulfillment - Amazon Pharmacy

We believe that by removing and reducing the barriers that prevent people from taking their medications, we can help customers conveniently get the medications Basic qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - 6+ months of working with computer and web based tools experience - Must be at least 21 years old - Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in state of employment - National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA) - Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and supervisor - Ability to read and understand English language labeling on product cartons and prescription labels - Active and unrestricted in-state driver’s license - Clean driving record that passes Amazon’s Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) Checks (to be rechecked annually). Driving privileges will be revoked if your DMV reports indicates you have received a ticket for one or more of the following violations: - Evading responsibility - Being at fault in a fatal accident - Having two or more motor vehicle accidents in the last three years - Having a motor vehicle accident resulting in greater than $5,000 in damages - Driving under the influence or in any way impaired by alcohol or drugs - Reckless Driving - Recurrent speeding violations - Recurrent driving suspensions - Three or more driving violations within the last three years Preferred: - Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member - Demonstrated organization skills and attention to detail - Ability to recognize and identify patient medications - Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The starting pay for this position is listed below, including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, additional earnings may include shift differentials and overtime pay. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
