Operations Supervisor , Amazon Logistics (Wed-Sat)

Amazon Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to collaborate with the Operations Shift Manager and Delivery Station Manager in driving innovation and ensuring effective execution within transportation Basic qualifications: - Experience in warehouse operations - Experience in logistics - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - This role is for Back End Return to Station Shift between 16:00 - 22:00 Preferred: - Experience managing teams - Experience with planning, performance metrics, and process improvement Acknowledgement of country: In the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
