Operations Specialist, Elevated Shopping (éShop)

éShop Creative Studios is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our Barcelona studio. In this role, you will ensure the studio runs smoothly Basic qualifications: - Experience in a logistics/operations environment - Experience coordinating cross-functional inputs, meeting deadlines, and effectively managing competing priorities - Experience with Microsoft office tools like Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneNote, or experience with computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in technical support - 3+ years of experience in studio operations, production coordination, or facilities management - Effective written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English Preferred: - Experience in a photo, video, or content production studio environment - Familiarity with equipment management, AV systems, or production hardware - Experience coordinating freelance or contingent workforce logistics (scheduling, onboarding, timekeeping) - Exposure to production management tools or asset management systems - Understanding of purchase order processes, cost tracking, or basic financial operations - Proficiency in Spanish (Catalan a plus) - Experience with process improvement initiatives or SOP documentation - Comfort working across international teams and time zones Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
