Operations Shift Manager - Air Cargo, Aviation Security

The Amazon Aviation Security (AvSec) team is seeking an Operations Shift Manager to lead a new air cargo compliance program. In this role, you will lead a team of examination officers and oversee compliance Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in an industry role - Experience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organization - Experience in relevant industries such as law, customer service, investigations or project management Preferred: - Experience with Lean or Six Sigma analytical techniques - Experience working in risk/fraud analysis or in compliance organizations Acknowledgement of country: In the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
