This leadership role will play a key part in our plans to invest £8 billion to expand and support data center infrastructure.The Cluster Leader is Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or an equivalent engineering science - Experience leading large teams, with demonstrable ability to hire, develop, and manage high-performing technical teams - Experience with hiring, promoting, performance management, and developing teams of professional construction/engineering staff Preferred: - Experience delivering complex projects with prior ownership of the operation of a mission-critical team and/or product Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
