In the alternative, a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Engineering, Management, Business, Technology or related discipline and five years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Project Engineer, Process Engineer, Project Manager, Manufacturing Engineer, or a related occupation. Must include one year of experience in each of the following: (1) CAD software including AutoCAD, REVIT, or BIM 360. (2) Managing the lifecycle of cross functional projects, implementing automated equipment or integrated systems. (3) Leading projects, programs, or initiatives with continually increasing scope and impact. (4) Designing complex systems for automation in logistics or manufacturing, or experience with product development in automotive, aerospace, automation equipment or related field (5) Leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion (6) Leveraging SQL and Python to perform project analytics, deliver data-driven technical leadership, and guide business decisions throughout the project lifecycle. (7) Applying statistical analysis methods including Difference-in-Differences (DiD), t-tests, regression analysis, and time series analysis to evaluate project performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making across technical initiatives. The pay range for this position in Bellevue, WA is $136094 - $161700 (yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
