On-the Road Operations Manager, Amazon Logistics

Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Australia is looking for an **On the Road (OTR) Basic qualifications: - 3+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 3+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - Experience working with the MS Office suite (Microsoft Office suite) including Word, Excel, and Outlook in a professional environment Preferred: - Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or a related field - 3+ years of program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or related field experience - Experience with Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques, or experience in similar environments - 4+ years of root cause analysis and process design experience - Experience in client or vendor facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills - Experience in capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or equivalent Acknowledgement of country: In the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
