Basic qualifications: - 8+ years of technology role experience - Experience working in a large-scale networking environment Preferred: - Experience hiring, developing, and managing high-performing technical teams - Bachelor's degree, or a Master's degree and experience working in a large-scale networking environment - High degree of organizational skill and be very detail-oriented. Must be able to interact with and influence people at all levels and have excellent communication skills. - Ability to contribute to and support long-term visions and direction regarding Networking at Amazon.
