At Amazon Web Services (AWS) our Network Development Engineers look after the behind-the-scenes network Basic qualifications: - Master's degree, or a Bachelor's degree and experience working in a large-scale networking environment - Knowledge of one or more scripting languages (e.g., Python, Ruby, Perl) - Knowledge of IP networking fundamentals such as BGP, OSPF and other R&S technologies - Experience developing engineering, deployment, or operations mechanisms to support IP networking systems. - This role requires you to be a national of an EU member state. Preferred: - Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems - Knowledge of network design, protocols and Layer 1/2 troubleshooting - Experience troubleshooting issues and root cause analysis Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
